DoWhat Terms of Use
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Operator: DoWhat
Contact: silicate_mail@163.com
These terms describe the rules for using DoWhat, also known as 不想待办. Please read these terms and the Privacy Policy before using the app, especially before purchasing a membership. Any charge requires your confirmation in Apple's purchase interface; these terms do not initiate a charge on their own.
1. Features
DoWhat provides task management, filtering by scene and available time, random task selection, focus timers, completion feedback, and statistics. Filtering uses the estimated durations you enter and your current settings. It does not guarantee actual completion times or promise particular work results or productivity improvements.
The current version does not require an app account. Tasks and timer records are stored on your device. There is no in-app cloud syncing across devices.
2. Free and membership features
Basic task management, filtering, random selection, focus timers, and statistics for the past 7 days are free. Membership features include widgets and Live Activities, Focus mode integration, additional sticky note colors, paper styles and desk backgrounds, and full statistics. Full statistics include the past 30 days and all recorded history, breakdowns by scene and time of day, and estimated-versus-actual time analysis. Available features are shown on the current membership page in the app.
Widgets, Live Activities, and the Dynamic Island depend on the iOS version, device support, and system settings. The Dynamic Island requires a supported device. Focus mode integration requires you to configure system automations as described in the app.
3. Purchases, trials, and automatic renewal
The app offers Yearly Membership and Lifetime Membership through Apple App Store in-app purchases. Prices, currencies, taxes, trial eligibility, and offers are determined by the actual App Store purchase confirmation screen.
Yearly Membership is an automatically renewing subscription with a one-year subscription period. Users who meet Apple's eligibility requirements may receive a 7-day free trial when that offer is available. Ineligible users are billed according to the purchase screen. Unless canceled in time, the trial converts to a paid subscription at the confirmed yearly price when the trial ends.
Unless you cancel, Yearly Membership renews automatically according to Apple's displayed renewal arrangements, with payment charged through your Apple Account. To prevent a trial from becoming a paid subscription, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Cancellation and effective dates for paid subscriptions are governed by Apple's subscription management screen and applicable rules.
You can view, manage, or cancel Yearly Membership through “Manage Subscriptions” on the app's membership page or through iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. The availability of any remaining paid or trial benefits after cancellation follows the status shown by Apple.
Lifetime Membership is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase and does not renew automatically. It provides the corresponding membership benefits while the app continues to be offered and your device and operating system remain compatible. “Lifetime” does not guarantee permanent availability on every device or future operating system, or access to every new service introduced in the future. Purchased benefits remain subject to applicable law and Apple rules and will not be arbitrarily revoked under this provision.
Purchasing Lifetime Membership does not automatically cancel an existing yearly subscription. If you no longer need Yearly Membership, cancel it in Apple's subscription settings to avoid further renewal charges.
4. Restoring purchases and refunds
You can select “Restore Purchases” on the app's membership page using the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Successful restoration depends on the valid purchase entitlements returned by Apple and your account status. Paid features may become unavailable when membership expires or a transaction is revoked or refunded. Existing local tasks and history are not proactively deleted as a result.
Billing questions, refund requests, and subscription disputes are handled through Apple's processes and applicable law. You can visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ to submit an eligible refund request. Apple determines whether to approve the request under its rules. These terms do not limit any refund or other consumer rights you have under applicable law.
5. Your content and data management
You retain the applicable rights in the content you enter and are responsible for its legality. Do not use the app to infringe others' lawful rights or engage in illegal activity. DoWhat does not acquire ownership of your task content because you record it in the app.
You can edit or delete tasks and scenes. Statistics history may retain task names and timer information for completed or deleted tasks. Recovery copies of damaged saved files may also retain older data. Deleting an individual task does not clear all related history. See the Privacy Policy for full information about retention and removal.
Timers, history, and system backups may be affected by device failures, storage problems, system settings, or device migration. The current version does not provide in-app cloud syncing or data export. Please manage your device and system backups appropriately. We cannot restore data stored only on your device from developer servers.
6. Software license and intellectual property
You may use the app on your own compatible devices within the scope of the applicable license. Rights in the software, brand, interface design, and other content supplied by DoWhat belong to DoWhat or the respective rights holders. Third-party resources, including fonts, are used under their respective licenses.
For apps obtained through the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) governs the software license unless a custom license meeting Apple's requirements is separately provided in App Store Connect. These terms supplement the rules for this app's features, membership, and data handling. They do not replace the service terms between you and Apple or exclude statutory rights.

7. Changes and responsibility
We may release updates to fix problems, support operating systems, or improve features. Significant changes affecting purchased benefits, fees, or information handling will be explained as required by applicable rules, and any necessary consent will be obtained.
Task suggestions and timers are references for your personal planning. You should decide task order, completion times, and how to use the app according to your circumstances. Responsibility for service issues is determined under applicable law and relevant purchase rules. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or remove your consumer rights.
8. Minors, disputes, and contact
Minors should use the app under a parent or guardian's guidance. Paid purchases require any necessary parent or guardian authorization and must comply with Apple's account and purchase rules.
For questions about features, purchases, or these terms, contact DoWhat at silicate_mail@163.com. The parties may first seek to resolve issues through discussion. If an issue cannot be resolved, a claim may be submitted to a competent authority or court under applicable law. These terms do not require you to give up legally available remedies.
The Privacy Policy accompanies these terms and explains the app's information handling. Updated terms will show their update date. Changes affecting important rights will be handled under applicable law.
